Yes, two or three times a week as required. Linen changed once a week.
No. An exact date and time of arrival is required for all reservations. We always meet our guests personally on arrival to make your homecoming as stress-less as possible. Someone always meets guests at the address to explain how everything works, and each guest will be given an emergency 24H contact number.
Underground parking is available (optional extra).
LONG TERM RENTAL FAQs
Signing a one year contract, renewable year on year up to three years.
First month’s rent, plus one month’s rent as deposit/surety (returnable) and a fee equal to one month’s rent (finder’s fee not refundable).
Yes, as all payments for rent and amenities will have to be paid directly through your bank. In some cases Landlords may require a “Bankers Aval”.
